At The Jeweller's Workshop, we have a beautiful collection of jewellery on display in our Byron Bay store, all waiting for you to try on. If you don’t find your perfect piece of jewellery in the window display, we will work with you to create it, making sure to incorporate your desires and budget requirements.

To begin the process we will draw a couple of variations of your design and then use these drawings to communicate with you and ensure we understand your vision. Once you are happy with our design we then select a range of diamonds and coloured gemstones for you to view and select the perfect stone for you.  After this, we begin the manufacturing process.

You are welcome to drop into our workshop at any time over the production period to see where your piece is up to and make sure everything is going according to your plan.

Our handmade jewellery custom design process only takes between 1-2 weeks, as all the work is done here, onsite, at The Jeweller's Workshop.

Our handmade jewellery has a lifetime guarantee for workmanship. We suggest you drop in with your jewellery at least once a year so that we can check and clean it, free of charge.
